Meet Steve
Steve is passionate about bringing out the best in leaders, helping them to fight for the highest possible good in those they lead. A teacher and school leader for 27 years, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge, experience across a range of settings. His relational and emotional intelligence help him to guide you in building high performing and harmonious teams.

People love to thrive, and people thrive with great leadership. We have brilliant systems in our world, which are designed to make our lives easier. However, systems are designed and led by people, and not enough energy and resources are devoted to learning how to lead people. We want to build great leaders, who empower those they lead by ensuring that their voices are heard and valued, leaders who fight for the highest possible good in those that they lead, leaders who bring support and challenge, and who develop a culture of liberation and empowerment. Using courses and training created by GiANT, we will help you to become a leader, in any sector or line of work, who people are inspired to follow.
